The location was marvellous and unbeatable and the great facilities were available. The apartment was close enough to Newcastle airport, only 0.5 km.

The location of the apartment was great, with easy access to public transport and close to shops and the city centre. the rooms were clean and peaceful, with comfortable beds and a good shower. the apartment was well-equipped with charging points by the bedside tables and basic snacks and bottled water provided. the staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We did encounter a minor issue with the shower not being very powerful, but it was still easy to operate.

This place was a great base for exploring all the attractions in the area and the check-in process was really friendly.

The staff at Bentinck Apartments went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even replacing a faulty hairdryer and surprising us with a congratulations gift for my graduation.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider selection of options.

Quiet and peaceful vibe, staff members are really nice, and the amenities are awesome. It's super convenient to have heating, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk available. Plus, it's a great place to stay 🙂.
